You'll lead and inspire a team across purchasing, operations, and logistics, establishing streamlined policies and procedures aligned with our commitment to quality and innovation. Your insights will directly influence our supply chain strategy, contributing to Crystora's vision of setting the standard in engineering excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Market Insight: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, prices, and fair rates for goods, ensuring Crystora stays competitive and well-informed.Develop & Implement Policies: Create and manage policies that ensure efficient, honest, and economical purchasing practices for Crystora's supply chain.Purchase Order Approvals & Inventory Management: Oversee essential guidelines for purchase orders, budget for materials, monitor inventory levels, and continuously assess stock needs.Supplier Management & Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers, analyzing bids, quotes, and establishing advantageous service agreements. Maintain supplier relationships to secure the best quality and prices.Cost Optimization & Budget Management: Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement practices with company budgets, achieving cost savings without compromising quality.Team Leadership & Process Improvement: Manage and mentor a remote team in purchasing, operations, and logistics.
