Fecha Publicación:Pozuelo de AlarcónNúmero de Vacantes:Horario:· Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8.30h a 17.15h con flexibilidad horariaMarlex Human Capital necesita incorporar para una empresa líder en el sector de fabricación de equipamiento médico ubicada en Pozuelo a un Customer Service Technician (Gestión de facturación)Funciones:· Gestión de todos los pedidos recibidos, gestión de las incidencias, de los mensajes con los clientes y de la comprobación del correcto envío de la facturación electrónica.· Soporte de los Customer Service Technician.· Información al coordinador del estado de las incidencias y la facturación de cada cliente.· Mantenimiento de las fichas de clientes.· Cumplimiento de las instrucciones de trabajo que se realicen en el Dpto. de Atención al Cliente.Requisitos:· Preferentemente formación profesional en el ámbito de atención al cliente.· Valorable 2-3 años de experiencia laboral en el ámbito de la gestión de atención al cliente.· Preferiblemente, conocimientos de inglés. (nivel B1)· Deseable experiencia con aplicaciones MS Office.· Preferiblemente, conocimientos prácticos en Navision y SAP· Deseable, experiencia en facturación a aseguradoras.· Deseable, conocimiento EDI y facturación electrónica.· Valorable Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.Se ofrece:· Contrato: Temporal: mínimo 6 meses.· Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8.30h a 17.15h con flexibilidad horaria· Posibilidad de teletrabajo dos días a la semana. #J-18808-Ljbffr
