Overview At Humand, we help companies digitize their internal communication, culture, and HR processes in one single place. Responsibilities Manage and follow up on inbound leads generated by Marketing. Qualify opportunities through calls to understand context, needs, and customer potential. Schedule qualified meetings with the Sales team. Log and update lead information in the CRM in an organized and consistent way. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve inbound lead quality and conversion. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Previous experience in commercial roles or inbound lead management (SDR, BDR, Sales, etc.). Excellent communication skills, active listening, and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently. Experience in SaaS companies (preferred, especially in HR Tech). Intermediate/advanced English. Benefits
