There are4 Product Marketing Managersin the team — Dani, Marialuisa, Laura, and Guillem — and we’re hiring two more (Finance and Talent).Carmen,Senior Director of Product Marketing , currently leads the team. Previously, she managed Product teams at Factorial for two years (and she’s writing this job description talking about herself in the third person). The team reports to Laura, our Head of Marketing and previous Director of Product Marketing.You’ll also collaborate daily withSales, Pre‑sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations— ensuring all teams are aligned around how we position, sell, and grow our products.Your MissionMake every Factorial productunderstood, adopted, and monetizedacross all markets — ensuring each one generates a strongpipelineand reaches itsARR goals .You will:Define and execute GTM strategies for all products and launches, from concept to measurable business impact.Craft clear positioning for each product vertical, aligning value propositions with commercial objectives.Ensure Sales is ready to sell every product, leading enablement programs, training sessions, and building tools that increase win rates and cross‑sell efficiency.Maintain exceptional quality across all product‑related outputs — from campaigns and videos to communications and landing pages — ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand excellence.Manage complex projects end to end, acting as the connector between Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes.Lead and mentor the Product Marketing team, building the right structure and ways of working to operate effectively across multiple products and markets — while fostering a strong business mindset focused on pipeline generation, revenue impact, and measurable results.Work hand in hand with Product leaders to plan and anticipate GTMs early — aligning stakeholders across functions and ensuring every launch is timed, positioned, and executed for maximum market impact.Partner with leadership to shape and evolve Factorial’s multi‑product and AI narrative, ensuring our story in market drives tangible ARR growth.What We’re Looking ForThe list below describes our ideal candidate. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t meet all the criteria:Proven experience in Product Marketing or a similar GTM leadership role in B2B SaaS (minimum 5 years).Strategic leader who can build and scale teams, not just manage them.Expert in positioning and go‑to‑market strategy across multiple products, segments, and markets.Strong business acumen — you connect messaging to pipeline generation, ARR, and commercial impact.Exceptional communicator — clear, structured, and persuasive with both execs and teams.High attention to detail and design sensibility — you care deeply about product polish, brand consistency, and visual storytelling quality.Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of driving alignment and execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX.Thrives in fast‑changing environments, able to turn complexity into clarity and action.Fluent in English.Big plusesExperience in multi‑product and/or multi‑market SaaS.Fluency in additional European languages (Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, French).Pricing & Packaging experience.Compensation and relocation supportWe offer agross annual compensation between €70,000 and €90,000 , depending on seniority and experience. This amount includes bothbase salary and a variable componenttied to business and performance objectives. You’ll also receive agenerous Stock Option Plan (SOP)— bringing yourtotal annual compensation (cash + stock) to over €100,000 .At Factorial, we know talent is globalThat’s why we offer aRelocation Packageto support candidates moving to Spain. For international hires, we also assist with theSpanish Inbound Tax Regime (known as the Beckham Law) , which allows eligible professionals relocating to Spain to be taxed at a flat rate (around24%on Spanish‑sourced income).
