You'll also enjoy a culture and benefits package that's made us one of the world's most awarded and progressive employers.What you'll doYou will be the interface and the point of contact between the Business Process Outsourcing delivery team and the Polestar organization and monitor and review OTC activities e.g. payment proposals, reconciliation of OTC GL accounts. You will be following up on inquiries and perform timely escalation to applicable parties for swift resolution.Secure updated documentation (DTPs)Ensure compliance with GAAP principlesSupport audit requestsProcess customer invoicesSpot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiencySupport month-end and year-end close processAd hoc activities related to reporting, analysis, and metrics (KPIs)Analysis of KPIs and create action plans to align with targetsHandling Power Bi dashboards (KPIs)Participate in OTC Steering Committee meetingsSupport any supplier queries related to their invoices and paymentsCollaborate in continuous improvement projects like robotics, improvement and harmonization initiativesWhat you'll bringUniversity degree in Finance or equivalentAround 1-3 years of experience in Finance, preferably Order to Cash/Accounts ReceivablesSAP and/or Workday knowledge is a plusFluent in English, oral and written. Any other language is a plusAbility to plan and prioritize with a flexible and positive mind setService minded, proactive and curious mind-setExperience in proposing/participating in process improvement initiativesGood communication and cooperation skillsHigh integrityGood analytical skillsAbility to keep deadlinesReady to Take the Next Step?Please submit your application through our career page.
