Key Responsibilities:• Report directly to the Domain Lead Manager.• Billing management and financial control.• Budget execution and monitoring (CAPEX / OPEX).• Cost analysis and financial optimization.• Vendor and contract management, including negotiations.• Financial reporting and KPI tracking.• Support to the Finance Planning Team.• Preparation, monitoring, and adjustment of budgets.• Identification and mitigation of financial risks in projects.• Process improvement and documentation.• Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.• End-user communication in an international environment. Skills:Essential:• Proven experience in budget and financial management.• Strong background in billing, cost control, and charge back processes.• Experience working in complex, international environments.• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.• Ownership, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.• Professional bilingual environment: Spanish and English.Desirable:• Knowledge of industry best practices.• Experience in large-scale or infrastructure-related projects.
