We are looking for a Budget and Billing Management Specialist to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking and financial services sector . Key Responsibilities: - Report directly to the Domain Lead Manager. - Billing management and financial control. - Budget execution and monitoring (CAPEX / OPEX). - Cost analysis and financial optimization. - Vendor and contract management, including negotiations. - Financial reporting and KPI tracking. - Support to the Finance Planning Team. - Preparation, monitoring, and adjustment of budgets. - Identification and mitigation of financial risks in projects. - Process improvement and documentation. - Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication. - End-user communication in an international environment. Skills: Essential: - Proven experience in budget and financial management. - Strong background in billing, cost control, and charge back processes. - Experience working in complex, international environments. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ownership, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. - Professional bilingual environment: Spanish and English. Desirable: - Knowledge of industry best practices. - Experience in large-scale or infrastructure-related projects.
