Como Líder de UXUI Solutions Design serás responsable de aterrizar las definiciones de nuevas soluciones en cuanto a UXUI, velando por ofrecer la mejor experiência para el usuario final. Deberás definir las soluciones con flujos, wireframes y prototipos, y liderar al equipo de diseñadores de UXUI para el diseño final de la solución en base a las definiciones de los POs. Gestionarás el backlog de requerimientos de manera agile/scrum, y deberás interactuar activamente con el equipo de POs y con el equipo técnico para el desarrollo de la solución. Tendrás un rol clave en la definición de soluciones digitales innovadoras, con foco en la reutilización, alineadas a la estrategia de negocio de Veritran, generando valor a nuestros clientes directos e indirectos. Para lograrlo utilizarás tu experiência y conocimiento, trabajando en equipo, nutriéndote de nuestra trayectoria en la industria e involucrándote con una variedad de equipos, personas, habilidades y culturas, todos alineados al objetivo de superar grandes desafíos a nível internacional.
**Principales responsabilidades**
- Serás encargado de llevar la experiência de los usuarios a otro nível, en diferentes canales y plataformas App y Web, simplificando y haciéndola intuitiva, priorizando los requerimientos del equipo, para su correcta implementación en tiempos y calidad, asegurando seguir el roadmap y objetivos estratégicos del área.
- Deberás contar con experiência probada en todas las fases del proceso de diseño, incluyendo la investigación con usuarios, redacción de textos, creación de prototipos, el diseño visual, el diseño de interacción y las pruebas de usabilidad.
- Ser fuerte tanto en diseño de aplicativos móviles como plataformas web y saber que los diseños deben ser adaptativos. Diseñar con alto impacto visual e innovador, claros conceptos de accesibilidad y usabilidad, teniendo en cuenta el usuario para quien se está diseñando.
- Ser un defensor del Design System, por ello contribuyes en la permanente y correcta construcción y mantenimiento de los componentes y sus lineamientos.
- Hacer seguimiento a los diseños entregados a desarrollo, verificando que las implementaciones respeten las especificaciones del Design System.
- Confirmar la viabilidad técnica de las soluciones definidas.
- Representar la voz del usuario con herramientas que potencien decisiones data-driven. Definir la experiência y features de valor de la solución, con los mejores estándares de usabilidad, seguridad y construcción, apoyándote en el conocimiento de referentes. Incluir insights de mercado, bench y estudios de usabilidad, que sirvan como referentes para asegurar una excelente experiência en las soluciones.
- Iterar las propuestas de diseño con un fuerte enfoque en el usuario y en asegurar la viabilidad técnica, generando desde un prototipo hasta una solución final. Analizar el rendimiento del producto y rediseñarlo según sea necesario.
- Aprobar las UATs.
- Mantener informados a todos los stakeholders sobre el estado del avance de la solución. Elevar critical issues de manera criteriosa y oportuna.
- Trabajar colaborativamente con pares en proyectos con clientes y plataforma.
- Buscar soluciones a los requerimientos en conflicto, ya sea a través de workarrounds, change requests o cambios en la priorización del Product Backlog.
- Tomar decisiones basadas en tu experiência de negocio y en el feedback de colaboradores y/o referentes del área.
- Evangelizar las soluciones con clientes y colaboradores, identificando oportunidades de mejora.
