The work involves modernizing an existing web-based platform from a user experience perspective. You will research, collaborate, design, document, and coach to amplify team capabilities and delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the redesign of our website, with a focus on improving the user experience for customers who use our paint services.RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutionsCollaborating with various teams and stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the platformEnsuring that the website design is user-centered, accessible, and visually appealingConducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of our customersConducting usability testing to validate design solutions and make necessary improvementsServing as a focal point for industry trends and best practices on UX / UI evolution, as it pertains to the platformQUALIFICATIONSA minimum of 3+ years of experience in UX / UI design for web applicationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction is preferred. Will consider comparable education plus 3-5 years experienceStrong portfolio showcasing your experience in redesigning websites with a focus on user-centered designProficiency with Design Thinking and AgileProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite requiredExperience using Azure DevOps or comparable for project management requiredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to identify user needs and pain pointsExcellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teamsExpertise with UX design principles and accessibility standardsFamiliarity with UX / UI principles with respect to digital marketingFamiliarity with analytical tools such as AT Internet, Piano Analytics or Google Analytics requiredExhibit an architectural mindset toward information and contentBENEFITSA secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.Learning and development opportunities23 holiday days per year5 additional days (readjustment)A collaborative, trustful and innovative work environmentBeing part of an international team and work in global projectsRelocation assistance to Madrid provided
