Company Overview Join our dynamic team at BGC Group, one of the world's leading inter‑dealer brokers, providing integrated voice and electronic services to wholesale market participants across the globe. We are active in the global fixed income, rates, foreign exchange, equity derivatives, credit derivatives, futures, and structured product markets, offering a full range of brokerage services including price discovery, trade execution, straight‑through processing and clearing and settlement and access to electronic trading services. Position Overview As a Junior Broker, you will play a vital role in assisting trading operations and client support in Rates Futures and Options markets. The role will be based in Madrid (Spain) for 6 months, thereafter will be based in Paris (France) where you will receive extensive training and mentorship from our team members. Responsibilities Assist and support clients at all stages of trade cycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Previous Front office experience (3‑6 months) in sales, brokerage, trading support, or financial services is beneficial. French speaker would be beneficial but not essential. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a fast‑paced, Proficiency in trading platforms and market analysis tools, such as Bloomberg. #J-18808-Ljbffr
