Founded in October 2022 by the Financial Services Practice Lead Partner of a leading US strategy consultancy and a builder/investor of multiple leading software companies, we already bring together the best of both worlds: deep functional Financial Services domain expertise/networks, and a track record of how to build and invest into leading software product companies.As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) at ALAIKA, you will be the mastermind behind our recruitment strategy and responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process - from attracting and screening new talents for ALAIKA, to getting high potentials on board and driving innovative projects on talent acquisition. You will be an integral part of our passionate People team, working closely with our Director People and be instrumental in building our most important “product” - the ALAIKA team.What you will do:End-to-End Recruiting: Drive our hiring process from creation of meaningful job profiles to onboarding, including screening, interviewing and hiring great candidates.Active Sourcing: Identify suitable recruiting channels and platforms on which you establish your effective sourcing techniques.Candidate experience: Ensure an exceptional positive experience throughout the whole candidate journey and build a strong talent network.University cooperation & partnerships: Establish and expand university relationships to build strong networks with young talents and high potentials.ALAIKA Ambassador: Being the first point of contact for candidates, you will represent our ALAIKA values and culture throughout the entire recruitment process.Employer Branding: Drive innovative projects on Employee Value Proposition and conduct impactful events.Measuring Hiring Success: Monitor, analyze and review recruitment metrics regularly to ensure our Hiring goals are met.Your profile:Professional Experience: Several years of full-cycle recruitment experience (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and employer branding) with a proven track record of successfully attracting high caliber talents. Ideally, you gained work experience in a high-paced environment such as a top (VC-backed) start-up/scale-up or a fast-growing company or top strategy consulting.Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, HR or related field.Technology Proficiency: Profound knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse and sourcing tools.Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent stakeholders management skills are crucial. Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders, challenge the status quo and act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers.Growth Mindset: Hands-on spirit with a genuine curiosity and passion for understanding people and gaining deep insights. With an energetic and positive attitude, you embrace excellent listening skills and build strong relationships to match high potentials with the right opportunities.Analytical Skills: Analytical and solution-focused mindset is essential to enhance data-driven recruitment processes.Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational and decision-making skills, which are reflected in the highest standards of quality and diligence in your work.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external candidates and internal stakeholders.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, German is a plus.What’s in it for you:Our employees are our most precious asset, and we are committed to providing a unique employee experience.
