Proactivity, Reliability, Kind collaboration, and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forA driven and enthusiastic Team Leader Travel - Spanish and Italian Speaking (m/w/d), with experience in the Travel industry and customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who has the ability to coordinate a group of travel agents by supporting them in day-to-day operations.Your role in BizAwaySupervising and managing the Vigo Travel Agent TeamOverseeing training for all Travel Agents in our Vigo OfficeHandling customer complaints, supporting critical incident pathways, and improving workflows for efficiencyMaintaining confidentiality and data protection compliance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standardsSupporting the Agents in responding to our Client's requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests via our platform, managing escalationsEntering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update bookingsMaking reservations for our Clients through the PlatformExplaining rules and procedures for using our service on the PlatformExplaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)Your basic qualificationsExcellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up)Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian (B2 and up)Availability to work in shiftsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 3 years of previous experience in the role of Team Leader or SupervisorMust pass pre-employment skills testing and background checkStrong leadership skillsAbility to analyze and present dataHighly organized and excellent time managementSolution-focusedStrong understanding of workforce planningWe are also interested inGood communication skills in English (B2+)Experience working in the travel industryStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn and adapt to new software technologiesStrategic thinkerOur offer️ A seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growthAttractive compensation, including equity in the companyDevelopment of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decisionsMulticultural and international teamCollaborative and smart environment to work and learnFree coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate togetherFlexible working policy, and great offices in EuropeBizAway avoids any discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health status, nationality, political opinions, and religious beliefs in all decisions affecting personnel selection.
