Your Mission As a Travel Concierge, you’ll be the voice and heart of company - turning every trip request into an experience that feels personally crafted. You’ll manage customer journeys end-to-end: from first contact to post-trip feedback, ensuring every detail is flawless and every traveler feels seen, understood, and cared for. What You’ll Do Communicate directly with clients via chat, email, and phone — from inquiry to post-trip support Build and customize complete ski and mountain travel itineraries (hotels, transfers, ski passes, lessons, experiences)Manage partner coordination — from confirming availability to securing best conditions Anticipate client needs and proactively offer upgrades, unique experiences, or solutions Handle payments, booking confirmations, and follow-up logistics Contribute to optimizing our AI-powered travel assistant through feedback and pattern tracking Support marketing and product teams by identifying user insights and recurring pain points Who You Are You love people — genuinely. You read between the lines, sense emotions, and make clients feel safe and excited. You have experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge services (ski, adventure, or lifestyle travel is a plus). You can sell without selling — your natural warmth and expertise create trust that converts. You’re fast, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You’re fluent in English (bonus: French, Spanish, or German). You’re comfortable with digital tools (CRM, booking systems, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Notion). You’re ready to work flexible hours during the ski season and grow with a company that’s scaling fast.
