With AI‐powered tools and a fully owned payroll infrastructure, Deel supports every worker type in 150+ countries—helping businesses scale smarter, faster, and more compliantly.ResponsibilitiesLead creation of BRDs and complex process flows; review and guide others' documentation.Accurately document user stories on Azure DevOps for development teams.Produce and manage written requirements specifications.Work closely with development teams to conceptualise and design solutions.Ensure smooth transition of solutions into production, supporting change‐management.Provide consultative expertise internally and externally.Establish and enforce best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve SD efficiency.Work closely with QA on story definition and test plans.Mentor and coach junior and mid‐level designers.Proficiently use Figma (or similar) to design and communicate complex features.Skills And Competencies6+ years' experience as a Systems Business Analyst or Solution DesignerExperience working with software using .NET framework is requiredProven expertise in designing scalable, complex system solutionsExperience in designing wireframes and/or prototypesForward‐thinking, with the ability to align design to long‐term product strategyFormal certification in Business Analysis or Informatics will be beneficial but not essentialExperience in payroll or financial software will be considered an advantageSome Things You'll EnjoyStock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and locationAdditional perks and benefits based on your employment status and countryThe flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork accessEqual‐Opportunity Employer StatementAt Deel, we're an equal‐opportunity employer that values diversity and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy or maternity or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
