Responsibilities Lead creation of BRDs and complex process flows; review and guide others' documentation. Accurately document user stories on Azure DevOps for development teams. Produce and manage written requirements specifications. Work closely with development teams to conceptualise and design solutions. Ensure smooth transition of solutions into production, supporting change‐management. Provide consultative expertise internally and externally. Establish and enforce best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve SD efficiency. Work closely with QA on story definition and test plans. Mentor and coach junior and mid‐level designers. Proficiently use Figma (or similar) to design and communicate complex features.
