En Satec_ estamos experimentando un continuo crecimiento y en la actualidad nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a profesional para ejercer labores de coordinación y seguimiento en un servicio de soporte a las comunicaciones que prestamos a un gran cliente de en Barcelona. Somos Satec_, hace más de 30 años que ayudamos a optimizar el modelo de negocio de multitud de clientes en España, Namibia, Arabia Saudí, Reino Unido. Esto lo conseguimos gracias a la innovación, productividad, seguridad y eficiencia con la que realizamos proyectos de integración tecnológica, adaptándonos a la problemática específica de cada cliente y apoyándonos siempre en las tecnologías más innovadoras. Medición, seguimiento y reporte del grado de cumplimiento de SLAs Creación e implantación de programas de mejora de servicio. Seguimiento continuo de la evolución de los indicadores clave de desempeño de servicio (KPIs). Informes de seguimiento de servicio. Interlocutor único con cliente en el caso de disfuncionalidades del servicio. Seguimiento de incidencias de alto impacto. Reuniones presenciales cliente (lanzamiento, seguimiento, crisis, etc.). Realización de guardias puntuales (cada 7/8 semanas) Requisitos mínimos Experiencia superior a tres años en Servicios de Telecomunicaciones (valorable entorno operadora y soporte técnico a cliente en segmento grandes cuentas). Conocimiento y experiencia de equipo de los principales fabricantes (Cisco, Huawei, Teldat, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet). Conocimientos en productos y servicios de datos: servicios de acceso Internet y redes de datos VPN. Conocimientos en servicios VoIP orientado a empresas (CentrexIP, IPTrunking) y servicios de voz TDM (PRA, BRA, POTS). Conocimientos en troubleshooting y la parte técnica. Experiencia con herramientas de ticketing: Remedy, HP Service Manager, ServiceNow, EasyVista.
