We have an exciting new opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in Legal Operations to join the Fever Legal GRC & Policy Team here in Madrid. We're looking for applicants who have experience working in in‑house legal teams and who are interested in shaping the future of Legal Operations at Fever. As a Legal Operations Manager you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving operational efficiency, implementing scalable processes and aligning the legal department's operations with broader business objectives. This role oversees the range of functions performed by the Legal Operations team and involves the day‑to‑day management of team members. About the Role: Lead the Legal Operations function by driving initiatives to improve operational and cost efficiency. Oversee the legal tech knowledge management, case support, documentation, and administrative functions within the team. Lead initiatives related to contract lifecycle management, matter management and compliance tracking. Create and monitor department budgets, track spending and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Manage a team of paralegals and legal operations staff, including assigning tasks, mentoring and conducting performance reviews. Serve as a key liaison between the legal department and other business functions, ensuring alignment with company goals. Coordinate training and professional development for the Legal Operations team. About You: Have 3 years of experience in legal operations or a similar role. Demonstrate expertise in legal technology tools, process improvement and operational management. Have strong leadership and mentoring skills and excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness and empathy (work with international teams and projects is a plus). Be professionally fluent in English. Knowledge of another language is a plus (German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Arabic or Korean).
