Are you interested in developing your skills as a Legal Operations/Paralegal, supporting Fever's Legal, GRC and Policy Team? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations / Paralegal to support our Legal, GRC & Policy team . This entry-level position offers hands-on experience across multiple aspects of legal operations, including contract management, corporate administration, and process optimisation. It's an excellent opportunity to grow within a global, tech-driven company. About the Role: Support day-to-day legal operations and administrative activities. Assist in entity and corporate management tasks. Maintain and optimise contract and document management processes. Use legal tech tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations. Contribute to documentation, reporting, and process improvements. About You: 1–3 years of experience working in a professional environment (we encourage applicants from all walks of life). Being fluent in English and at least one other language: Swedish, Arabic, Greek, Turkish or Mandarin Chinese are a plus Highly organised, communicative, and tech-savvy (or willing to learn about legal tech solutions). Keen interest in legal tech and corporate management. Be good at creative problem-solving and thinking outside of the box. Be familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools, experience with AI software, Jira, Salesforce and e-signature software is a plus.
