What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a highly strategic and execution‑focused Senior CRM Manager to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our lead remarketing and automated communication programs for the Yoga‑Go application. This role is central to driving first subscription conversion and ensuring high‑intent leads move smoothly from initial interest to their first paid subscription. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the remarketing strategy for non‑converted leads to drive first‑time subscriptions and increase LTV.Build and optimise automated CRM journeys end‑to‑end, including segmentation, logic, QA, and performance improvements.Ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with user behaviour and funnel context. Campaign Development & PersonalisationCreate high‑impact, personalised campaigns that communicate Yoga‑Go’s value and address barriers to subscription.Work closely with the Lifecycle Content Lead on messaging frameworks, creative direction, and value narratives.Deliver clear content briefs and ensure consistent, segment‑specific messaging across all touchpoints. Testing, Optimisation & AnalyticsLead a robust test‑and‑learn program across offers, messaging, formats, and creative concepts.Partner with Analytics to evaluate impact on conversion, rebill, churn, and LTV.Document insights to continuously refine campaign effectiveness. Cross‑Functional CollaborationServe as the key CRM partner for Yoga‑Go, collaborating with Monetization, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics.Ensure alignment across lifecycle campaigns, paywalls, in‑app experiences, and brand guidelines. Performance ManagementLead bi‑weekly performance reviews and share insights, blockers, and next steps.Analyse monthly KPIs with Analytics, focusing on how content, creative, and messaging drive conversion. The Ideal Profile5–7 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.Demonstrated success managing automated lifecycle programs where content and messaging were central to conversion.Prior experience partnering closely with content, copywriting, or creative roles.Hands‑on experience with Braze, Iterable, or similar ESPs.Experience in high‑growth, product‑led or subscription‑based companies. Technical & Analytical SkillsStrong analytical mindset and ability to interpret funnel performance and subscription behaviour.Deep lifecycle and automation expertise, including segmentation, event logic, and trigger mapping.Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and clear narratives.Strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including experience monitoring inbox placement, sender reputation, spam rates, bounce categories, engagement signals, and domain health on a day‑to‑day basis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
