Posición: MEP Project Engineer Ubicación: Barcelona Responsabilidades: Liderarás proyectos de instalaciones MEP desde el anteproyecto y proyecto básico hasta el proyecto ejecutivo. Seleccionarás los fabricantes y materiales en los proyectos. Realizarás el predimensionamiento, cálculo, diseño y prepararás documentación técnica de las instalaciones a desarrollar (eléctricas, mecánicas, PCI). Realizarás estados de mediciones, informes y Due Diligence. Controlarás económicamente los proyectos a cargo. Asesorarás al cliente en la estimación de costes, recursos, materiales y viabilidad técnica de las soluciones propuestas relacionadas con las instalaciones. Realizarás la Dirección de Obra para el control de la ejecución, pruebas y puestas en marcha. Velarás que los proyectos cumplan las normativas vigentes correspondientes. Requisitos: Conocimientos previos redactando proyectos de instalaciones para edificaciones (eléctricas, HVAC, PCI, fontanería, gas, etc). Valorables conocimientos de normativas internacionales NFPA y ASHRAE. Dominio de Autocad; muy valorable conocimiento y dominio de Revit. Residencia en Barcelona o alrededores. Idiomas: Castellano e inglés. Persona dinámica y capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Disponibilidad para viajar para visitas de obra. Formación interna de idiomas (Inglés, Francés o Italiano). Formación técnica y acuerdo con Universidad ZIGURAT para masters y postgrados, así como formación continuada según plan de carrera definido.
