Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.SHG operates over 81 venues in 25 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.We are looking for a visionary and experienced Head Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine for the opening of Casa METT Sitges. This role will lead our gastronomic operations, with a particular focus on developing and managing our new restaurant concept (Italian premium/fine dining), while also overseeing all other F&B outlets within the hotel.Main responsabilities:Lead the conceptualization, creation, and launch of a new italian premium/fine dining restaurant, together with the entire gastronomic offer of the hotel for the other F&B Outlets.Design and implement menus that reflect the region's culinary identity with a modern and fresh twist.Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets in the hotelManage kitchen staff, recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and innovation across all outlets.Control kitchen costs through effective budgeting, inventory management, and supplier negotiation.Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.Collaborate closely with hotel management, F&B, and marketing teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience.Qualifications:Previous Experience as Head Chef in a premium/ fine dining environment in hotels or standalone restaurants.Deep knowledge and passion for Italian and mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to innovate while respecting tradition.Experience managing multi-outlet operations is a plus.Strong leadership and team management skills.High standards in food presentation, hygiene, and quality control.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Fluent in Spanish and high intermedium level in EnglishBenefits:Competitive Salary.Discounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.Career Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
