Overview Bella Hats is a specialized headwear shop dealing with high quality products and renowned Italian artisans and brands. The Málaga store operates in the historical city centre and is part of a growing network of direct retailers and wholesalers established since 1992 in Prague, Czech Republic, expanding to Spain and beyond. We are looking to expand our team with passionate individuals who want to learn and become Bella Hats family members. Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers’ questions about specific products or services Proactively conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell and up-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Ensure packaging is ready/mounted before customers arrive (boxes, bags) Ensure all payment supplies are ready (printers, terminal paper rolls) Manage returns of merchandise (together with Store Manager) Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up to date with new products and services Develop skills continuously Requirements Fluent Spanish and good English Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Basic knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic knowledge of cash desk, POS card terminal and Tax Free terminals usage Solid math skills Track record of achieving sales quotas is a plus Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Benefits Consulting experience A passion for learning from the best A desire to create a positive work environment Appreciation for premium brands Enjoyment in working with unique and luxury items A wish to be recognized and rewarded for your contributions If you love working with customers who will love you back, if you are passionate and willing to learn and grow in a promising and professional environment, make sure to apply now.
