Descripción

Dentro del área de HR, estamos en busqueda de un especialista HR Business Partner para realizar las siguientes funciones/responsabilidades, **por una baja de interinidad de 5 meses aproximadamente**:

- Consultor de los responsables de las diferentes áreas de la Compañía, orientando y gestionando los procesos de Recursos Humanos (HR), en relación con todos aquellos asuntos profesionales o personales que afecten al negocio, en cuanto a la aplicación de las políticas y procedimientos de HR de la empresa, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos de cada área.
- Realizar e implementar en el aplicativo informático los job profiles y la valoración de los puestos de trabajo de la plantilla convenio, para determinar el nível salarial de los mismos, llevando a cabo el mantenimiento del módulo de Organización de los sistemas de HR, en su ámbito de responsabilidad.
- Realizar los estudios y análisis de plantillas de personal, para disponer de la adecuada asignación de los recursos humanos en función de la organización del trabajo, objetivos de las áreas, níveles salariales, especialidades, perfiles de los puestos y perfiles de las personas, garantizando los ajustes de plantilla a los targets definidos.
- Gestionar la cobertura de los puestos de trabajo vacantes, participando en la selección de personal necesario tanto interno como externo y negociando, en los casos que corresponda, las condiciones económicas individuales de ingreso y beneficios sociales correspondientes, en función de los requisitos y exigencias de los puestos a cubrir.
- Determinar el tipo de contratación, renovación y/o rescisión, acordado con el área cliente, comunicando al ente correspondiente las decisiones al respecto, para su tramitación.
- Coordinar el proceso de promoción de la plantilla de su ámbito, acordando con los responsables de las áreas correspondientes, un plan anual de desarrollo económico, ajustado a Budget, así como el de planes de desarrollo para plantilla con proyección vertical.
- Apoyar y colaborar con resto de áreas de HR en la definición e implementación de los diferentes procesos de recursos humanos que se desarrollen, así como en la aplicación de planes sociales específicos que se acuerden, contribuyendo a una mayor eficiencia y alineación de las áreas a las políticas de HR y a la estrategia de la Compañía

Requisitos mínimos

**Formación**

Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, Ciencias del Trabajo, ADE, Derecho.

**Idiomas**

Inglés nível avanzado

**Otros**
- Muy valorable conocimientos en: gestión de personal y organización, nóminas, (SS:SS/IRPF)) Convenio Colectivo, Planes de pensiones, procesos de selección._._
- Conocimientos avanzados de SAP, Excel y Power Point.
