Where you'll work: Parque Industrial O'Donnell, Querétaro | On site Essential Duties, Goals and Objectives: • Labor Law and Compliance: Staying up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies and practices are compliant and minimize legal risks. • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective HR support. • Change Management: Skilled in guiding employees and management through organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, or process improvements. • Employee Relations: Managing conflicts, handling employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. • Talent Management: Identifying and developing top talent within the organization, including succession planning and career development. • Performance Management: Implementing performance review processes, offering feedback, and assisting in goal setting to enhance employee performance and development. • Problem-Solving: Addressing complex HR challenges and finding effective solutions that align with both business and employee needs. • Influence and Negotiation: Skilled in persuading and influencing stakeholders, negotiating terms, and mediating conflicts. • Project Management: Effectively managing HR projects, such as implementing new policies, training programs, or HR technology systems. What is required: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent. • Demonstrable experience in Human Resources positions. Highly desirable in Automotive companies. • Advanced English skills • Knowledgeable in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, training. • Excellent project skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful implementation.
