OPmobility also offers its customers an activity dedicated to the development of software, OP’nSoft.With economic revenue of 11.6 billion euros in 2024 and a global network of 150 plants and 40 R&D centers, OPmobility relies on its 38,900 employees to meet the challenges of sustainable mobility.ResponsibilitiesManage all program purchasing activities (excluding CAPEX) in compliance with Group purchasing policiesEnsure supplier performance on Quality, Cost, and Timing (QCT) for all free-sourced suppliers within the project scopeCollaborate with Lead Buyers on sourcing activities and selecting competitive suppliersPrepare and negotiate RFQs, analyze market conditions, and recommend sourcing decisions to the Sourcing BoardDraft and implement supplier contracts in line with project objectivesManage the purchasing budget (hours and costs), validate initial estimates, and monitor variances with convergence plansHandle purchase orders and payment follow-up to ensure deadlines and commitments are metIdentify and anticipate project risks, propose action plans, and coordinate task forces for critical supplier issuesSupport supplier quality and launch readiness, ensuring Tier 2 readiness and a smooth, non-event launchCoordinate the extended purchasing team, prepare project reports (RPM), and track key milestonesMaintain the project database and ensure compliance with purchasing processes, including Optimap work packagesContribute to continuous improvement, participate in workshops, and capitalize on lessons learned at project closureProfilMaster’s degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent2/3 years of experience in purchasing within an industrial environment (including VIE or apprentisśe programs)Strong expertise in supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy, and project purchasing managementSolid understanding of QCT principles and launch readiness processesTechnical skills: RFQ management, contract drafting, supplier performance monitoring; proficiency in ERP systems (Optimap is a plus)Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage complex budgets with rigor and attention to detailFluent in French and English, with strong communication and influencing abilitiesHighly organized, proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement in a dynamic environmentAs a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
