Responsibilities Manage all program purchasing activities (excluding CAPEX) in compliance with Group purchasing policies Ensure supplier performance on Quality, Cost, and Timing (QCT) for all free-sourced suppliers within the project scope Collaborate with Lead Buyers on sourcing activities and selecting competitive suppliers Prepare and negotiate RFQs, analyze market conditions, and recommend sourcing decisions to the Sourcing Board Draft and implement supplier contracts in line with project objectives Manage the purchasing budget (hours and costs), validate initial estimates, and monitor variances with convergence plans Handle purchase orders and
