At TA Europe, you will work in a growing team in Spain, which currently consists of 8 dedicated colleagues working together on projects across Europe and Uruguay; delivering TDD, monitoring, project and cost management, technical asset management and lenders technical advice. Become part of TA Europe and our team in Madrid Your mission Work with our European team of consultants and clients in order to grow TA Europe Iberia Develop existing and new client relationships with focus on international investors, owners and banks Win new business in Spain and beyond for our international real estate business lines Transactions, Management and Sustainability Strengthen and grow our service delivery capacity and capabilities in Spain and beyond Strengthen the profile of TA Europe Iberia Your Experiences Extensive experience in one or more of TA Europe’s business lines Proven success in client relationships, business development and sales in consultancy Deep understanding of our Spanish market; Spanish nationality or strong local ties Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Catalan, German or French are a plus International experience and strong network within the real estate industry, as well as experience as a speaker at industry events What We Offer Flexible working hours: Flexible and predictable working hours so that your career and family/private life can be even better combined Hybrid working: Home office paired with time with colleagues in one of our modern offices.
