With over 55 years of experience in our market, we know a thing or two about holiday rentals.About the TeamYou will join a dedicated team of Sales & Service Team Leads and Advisors, who are passionate about providing better services and experiences to our guests and homeowners, handling inquiries about everything from vacation home queries, bookings, damage issues, and other claims.Your RoleAs a Team Leader for Sales & Service, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Sales & Service team. You will support, lead, and motivate your team to ensure high customer satisfaction and service, as well as identify and implement necessary improvements aimed at optimizing all process stages. You will report to our Head of Guest Operations and collaborate closely with our two other Team Leads in Sales & Service on group projects and initiatives across the business in line with strategic objectives and plans.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for daily coaching of a team, task management, and processes, leading your team towards shared objectives that include:Analyzing, planning, and implementing actions to improve our KPIs.Ensuring your team is productive and delivers quality service.Providing your team with the right training to achieve KPIs and individual goals.Collaborating with our legal department and insurance company to find the best solutions for both guests and homeowners.About YouIt’s important that you thrive in a busy work environment and can operate at a fast pace while thinking holistically and making decisions that benefit the company and consider the team’s composition. Additionally:You communicate fluently in English.You can work independently, are flexible, and thrive in a dynamic environment with a variety of tasks.You prioritize customers, relationships, and solutions highly.You can organize and prioritize your tasks effectively.You have at least a few years of experience as a leader in a contact center or a similar setup.You can collaborate with senior management across the company.You have strong analytical skills and are accustomed to working with KPIs.
