This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Paid Social, and expand your skill set and take on new challenges across the digital landscape, including day-to-day management of paid social campaigns (in platform) and key projects for the Gartner Digital Markets web properties (Software Advice, Capterra and GetApp). This role will report to the Head of Paid Social.Why you’ll want to come to work:Day to day performance: This role will be focused on driving revenue with a great RoAS across paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including optimizations around bidding, creative, audiences and engagement.Build & optimize paid social campaigns: You’ll be responsible for managing several high budgets key accounts using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn ad platforms.Paid Social Subject Matter: You will be one of the main experts about all things Paid Social.Data driven decision making: Leverage in-house reporting systems and analytical tools to improve campaign performance.Global collaboration: Collaborate globally with our teams in the US and in Europe to report the performance, results, and trends of the Paid Social campaigns.What you’ll bring to the team:3-5 years of hands-on/tactical experience managing Paid Social campaigns: Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn a must.100% focus on conversions/lead-gen KPI.Experience managing a minimum of $50K monthly USD budget.A knack for reporting and Excel, including functions like sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.Inherent problem-solving skills.A driven and self-starting personality.A bachelor’s degree and/or relevant marketing certifications.What you´ll find:Limitless growth and learning opportunities.A collaborative and positive culture.A chance to make an impact.Frequent social activities.A hybrid work environment.New offices close to Glòries and the beach in Barcelona.Fresh fruit, snacks, and beverages.What you´ll receive:Competitive compensation.23 days annual holiday and an additional day off for your birthday.Private Medical and Dental Care.Life and Disability Insurance.Public Transport Subsidy.Childcare Vouchers.Pension Scheme.What are we:Action Oriented.Intellectually Curious.Collaborative.PLEASE NOTE:- Applications must be submitted in English.- A valid EU visa/passport is required for this position.Job Requisition ID: 95454
