We’re a team of over 350 people across 5 countries (Spain, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Chile) delivering expert knowledge, passion and commitment to support our clients in the achievement of a more sustainable world.The Position:We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.Your key responsibilities:Providing feedback from existing customer requests to Product.Guide customers from the point of purchase, leading user onboarding processes and ensuring they get maximum value from Isotrol products.Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and how Isotrol products can help them achieve them.Follow up on assigned accounts, acting as an expert advisor on Isotrol products to help maximise adoption and encourage retentionCollect and internally pass on user feedback for consideration in the evolution of Isotrol's productsIdentify new opportunities for product extension by coordinating closely with sales teamsAnalyse product usage to identify required actions and Success Stories. Act as the voice of the customer at Isotrol, conveying satisfaction levels as well as identified risks and opportunities.Functional reference with extensive knowledge of the business of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.Your skills and experience:Good communication skills in English and/or other languages (High level of English-B2)Work experience in electrical trading teamsWhat we offer:Flexible working hours at the start and end of the working dayRemote working availabilityHolidays: 22 working days + 24th and 31st December (when during the working week)Summer working hours: From 8.00 to 15.00 every day (from 1st July to 31st August)Here at Isotrol, we are committed to building a culturally diverse workforce and therefore strongly encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
