The Contribution You Will Bring To This Role Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager South Europe, the Inside Sales South Europe - Team Coordinator plays a key role in managing and expanding assigned and growing accounts. This position can be hybrid or remote in the region and focuses on delivering excellent customer experience while driving new business development in the workplace safety market, encompassing B2B, distributor- and end-user management. The role aims to create sustained growth by achieving and surpassing aggressive sales targets, expanding business reach, and proactively developing new sales opportunities across the region. It combines hands-on sales responsibility with a coordinating function to support the effectiveness, consistency, and performance of the Inside Sales Team. This position will manage and grow its own portfolio of B2B customers while acting as a central point of coordination for the Inside Sales Team – helping align priorities, share best practices and ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This is not a people management role, but it requires leadership through influence, structure and example. This role is a gateway to opportunities for advancement, with potential to grow within 3–5 years as you contribute to organizational goals. About The Team As a member of our Sales team, you’ll work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. What You Will Do At Justrite Sales & Account Management Manage and grow a defined portfolio of B2B customers through proactive sales activities Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing requests, and customer inquiries Act as a trusted advisor to customers on safety, compliance, and product solutions Inside Sales Team Coordination Act as a day-to-day coordination point for the Inside Sales team Support consistency in sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards Help prioritize inbound opportunities and workload across the team Share best practices, tools, and insights to improve team effectiveness Support onboarding and day-to-day guidance for new Inside Sales team members Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution Reporting & Execution Support accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and activity reporting Help ensure data quality and discipline within Salesforce Identify process improvement opportunities within Inside Sales workflow Your Skills And Expertise To ensure success from day one, the following qualifications are required at a minimum: Basic Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or B2B Sales, with proven ability to manage accounts while supporting team-level coordination Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with industrial, safety, or technical compliance products is a plus Experience operating in a metrics-based sales organization in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English, French and Spanish; additional European language skills are an advantage Preferred Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Salesforce Customer focus, accountability, hands-on mindset, effective communication, strong commercial acumen, ability to influence peers without formal authority, structured, detail-oriented, and dependable Compensation The compensation will be commensurate with experience. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan when Justrite Safety Group and its business units achieve annual targets.
