Experteer OverviewAs DR Orchestration Lead, you shape and run large-scale disaster recovery exercises across EMEA, aligning stakeholders and ensuring audit-ready outcomes. You will work within Production Infrastructure to coordinate drills, monitor performance, and drive remediation actions, contributing to BNP Paribas's resilience strategy. You'll mentor a global team and maintain critical failover capabilities to keep data-centers available. This role offers impact at scale, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to influence resilience practices across major markets.
