MISSIONAs a DR Orchestration Lead, you will:Schedule, coordinate and execute major DR exercises for Paris and London (with future EMEA scope).Prepare and circulate post‑exercise reports, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders.Support the Global ITO Production ICRO and Critical Incident Management teams as needed. WHAT YOU’LL DOPlan and schedule local and regional DR drills, aligning calendars across business units.Execute exercises, monitor performance, and capture incidents or issues in real time.Produce comprehensive post‑exercise and provide evidence for audits.Engage stakeholders, drive remediation actions, and deliver training on DR processes.Maintain CommandPoint failover/failback instances for FR and UK data‑centers, ensuring continuous availability. WHAT YOU’LL BRINGDegree in Computer Science (Preferred) and ITIL Foundation (certification desirable).≥5 years in IT infrastructure, platforms, and DR/Business Continuity; proven team‑lead and project‑management experience.Strong knowledge of IT continuity concepts, risk analysis, and infrastructure services.Fluent English (B2/C level, mandatory); French a plus.Excellent communication, analytical mindset, initiative, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
