Desde Barcelona impulsamos proyectos WOW para hoteles 5 estrellas, destinos globales, grupos internacionales, real estate, gastronomía premium y espacios culturales con propósito. Nos especializamos en construir ecosistemas de marca, narrativas poderosas y experiencias tecnológicas, estéticas y emocionales. Trabajamos con excelencia, precisión y método, combinando estrategia, creatividad y una visión orientada al branding.El rol Senior Brand Strategist Freelance con sólida experiencia en creación y desarrollo de plataformas de marca. Se será responsable de liderar proyectos estratégicos desde la definición de la esencia de marca hasta su articulación conceptual, traducir investigación, datos e insights en narrativas poderosas y definir el ADN de marcas relevantes con enfoque digital y contemporáneo.ResponsabilidadesLiderar y desarrollar plataformas de marca completas (propósito, visión, misión, valores, personalidad, tono de voz, promesa, posicionamiento).Investigar y analizar contexto de negocio, competencia, audiencias y tendencias para identificar oportunidades de marca.Facilitar workshops estratégicos con clientes (presenciales o remotos).Definir el marco estratégico que guiará el desarrollo creativo y visual.Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de diseño, UX/UI y contenido.Presentar y defender la estrategia de marca ante el cliente.RequisitosExperiencia mínima de 5‑7 años como Brand Strategist en entorno de agencia.Dominio en la creación de plataformas de marca y frameworks estratégicos.Habilidad para estructurar pensamiento estratégico y expresarlo de forma clara, visual y convincente.Experiencia liderando proyectos estratégicos complejos con múltiples stakeholders.Capacidad para facilitar sesiones estratégicas con clientes.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español (valoramos catalán e inglés).Mentalidad proactiva, autónoma y colaborativa.Portfolio de proyectos estratégicos relevantes (se solicitará).Residencia en Barcelona; no se valorarán perfiles fuera de la ciudad.OfrecemosColaboración con un equipo multidisciplinar en proyectos de alto nivel estratégico.Libertad creativa y autonomía profesional.Posibilidad de establecer relación freelance recurrente según encaje y disponibilidad.Proyectos retadores para marcas líderes de diferentes sectores.Trabajo en remoto.Si estás interesado/a, envía tu CV y portfolio estratégico (enfocado en pensamiento de marca, no visual) a******con el asunto “Brand Strategist Senior”.#IdeasMadeWOW#J-18808-Ljbffr
