Were scaling our team and operations worldwide to meet growing international demand.What impact you will haveBecoming a Subject Matter Expert in Liquid Cooling for complex technical projects supporting pre‑sales activities and acting as a key bridge between Submers internal teams and customers. Working closely with the Sales team the role involves engaging customers and recommending Submers solutions within the MEP environment of data centers.What you’ll doTechnical Expertise & Subject Matter LeadershipBecome a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Liquid Cooling for technically complex projects and tenders.Provide technical validation and qualification of opportunities following standard procedures.Customer & Sales CollaborationWork closely with the Europe Sales Team building trusted technical relationships with customers.Actively support sales teams throughout the deal cycle acting as the technical reference point.Drive and maintain strong technical relationships with customers during the sales process.Technical Proposals & Design IntegrationCreate and develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.Review validate and perform preliminary designs for the integration of SUBMER solutions within the customers MEP infrastructure during the pre‑sales phase.What you’ll need10 years in pre‑sales / technical sales for MEP Data Center projects (HPC / MW scale).Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; strong Data Center infrastructure knowledge (certifications a plus).Experience preparing technical‑commercial proposals.Strong knowledge of cooling and power systems (mandatory).Project management and DC IT knowledge are a plus.Fluent in English.Autonomy & adaptabilityAble to work independently in dynamic changing environment.Communication & leadershipStrong communication organization presentation problem‑solving and leadership skills.Project managementPrevious project management experience is a strong advantage.What we offerAttractive compensation package reflecting your expertise and experience.Restaurant Pass.Private Health Insurance.Languages classes (English).A healthy work environment with fresh fruits to energise and an on-site gym for active breaks.A great work environment characterised by friendliness international diversity flexibility and a hybrid‑friendly approach.You’ll be part of a fast‑growing scale‑up with a mission to make a positive impact offering an exciting career evolution.Our Inclusive ResponsibilitySubmer is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
