Sales Account Executive Feature Specialist Spanish Market

At Factorial, we're looking for a Sales Account Executive for the Feature & Spanish Market team to help us elevate the company to the next level. Are you ready to take on this challenge? Managing sales-qualified deals and enhancing the customer experience throughout the sales cycle for our specific functionalities. Growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling with existing customers. Identifying, navigating, and supporting the Accounts Manager's team to find upselling opportunities and close deals. Developing effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas. Negotiating at high levels with C-Suite and VP-level executives. Utilizing creative, consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process. Collaborating daily with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients. Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals. Possessing a hunter mentality: hungry, persistent, and proactive. Being results-driven with a proven sales track record. Having strong negotiation skills to ensure mutual satisfaction. Being a good communicator, empathetic, proactive, and ownership-oriented. Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required. We are an international team. Bonus Points Experience building a Business Unit or team from scratch. Proficiency in Catalan. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
