A position is offered for a Post‑doctoral Researcher to do 50% research as part of the Horizon Europe project Credible and 50% teaching in Communication, Sustainability, and Stakeholder Engagement in person at Cantoblanco campus in Madrid. Desired start date: 1 September **** Responsibilities Research Responsibilities (50%) Co‑lead work packages on stakeholder engagement and replication strategies for circular construction in the EU as part of the Horizon Europe project CREDIBLE. Design and facilitate participatory workshops and focus groups with diverse stakeholders and communities. Develop socio‑technical frameworks to support the scaling of circular solutions across diverse cultural and geographic contexts. Collaborate with an international consortium on policy analysis, communication strategies, and sustainability transitions. Faculty Responsibilities (50%) Teach up to 9 ECTS per year in Communication (e.g., courses related to communication theory, environmental communication, or qualitative methods based on the candidate's profile). Support departmental initiatives, including research events, student supervision, or curriculum development. Contribute to the academic life of the faculty. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Communication or related Social Sciences, Humanities, or Engineering disciplines. Academic research and development experience, and assessment of stakeholder engagement campaigns. English required; Spanish desired; other European languages helpful. Ability to work in a team and lead a research line. Record of high‑quality publications. Familiarity with EU policy and programs related to circular economy and energy transitions. Experience with stakeholder engagement research. Teaching experience or demonstrated ability to manage a classroom. Strong communication skills and commitment to undergraduate education and interdisciplinary learning environments.
