We are hiring for our Global Team As we expand across the EU, we're looking for a Seafood Trade Specialist to lead our commercial operations.

Role: Seafood Trade Specialist (Contract)

Location: Spain

Compensation: Fixed remuneration plus commission

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong commercial relationships with seafood buyers.
• Lead end-to-end buyer engagement, including onboarding, pricing negotiations, contract finalization, and post-sale coordination.
• Collaborate closely with Aquaconnect's sourcing team to ensure alignment with buyer specifications.
• Monitor European seafood demand patterns, price movements, and competitive dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in seafood trade, with strong exposure to the EU import/export ecosystem.
• A degree in Marine Science, Fisheries Science, or Aquaculture is preferable.
• Should have technical knowledge of the seafood industry.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with European clients.
