We are looking for self-starters who are excited about building an industry-first technology while working with talented crypto team members located all over the worldThe Everclear Foundation seeks an experienced Content Marketing Lead to increase awareness, educate key audiences, and position the brand as a category leader. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the content pipeline, producing high-quality long-form content, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms, including the Everclear blog, email newsletter, and more.Your day-to-day will include conceptualizing, rolling out, and optimizing long-form content based on data. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, technical teams, and creative partners to bring content to life and ensure the strategy consistently supports business objectives.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, growth-obsessed, creative professional who strives for excellence in everything they do. You are passionate about the power of crypto, steeped in web3 communities, and believe in the promise of abstracted blockchain technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-channel Content Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking owned content strategy tailored for the web3/DeFi space, targeting both consumer and institutional audiences.Content Creation and Deployment: Ideate, create, and distribute compelling long-form content to engage different target audiences, from degens to institutional clients.Experiment and Optimize: Use content analytics and SEO tools to experiment, track performance, and iterate on content strategies based on data.Manage Emerging Channels: Proactively identify and stand up new channels to reach and engage untapped audiences.Visual Collaboration: Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching static and dynamic visuals.Amplify Ecosystem News: Work cross-functionally to amplify and curate ecosystem-related news to increase Everclear’s brand presence.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in writing and/or content marketing, including at least 2 years in the web3/DeFi space.Content Mastery: Skilled in long-form content creation with the ability to write for both web3 retail (degens, traders) and enterprise/regulated audiences.Data-driven: Demonstrated expertise in using analytics tools to drive strategy and optimize performance.Adaptability: Experience working across fast-paced environments with both technical and creative teams.Deep Web3 Knowledge: Understanding and passion for crypto-native culture and the dynamics of DeFi.Collaboration and Communication: Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively under pressure, and clearly communicate the impact of content initiatives.What We Offer:The opportunity to make your mark on a quickly growing and impactful startupPassionate colleagues and a very diverse, dynamic teamAbility to work anywhere you wantCompetitive salary & ownershipOff-sites that bring the whole team together semi-annuallyEverclear is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
