Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing a unique customer relationship focus on innovation. We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer.
Main Responsibilities- Requirements analysis.
- Participate in the technical design of projects.
- Estimate effort for projects.
- Work collaboratively with the Omega team and/or clients to achieve project objectives.
- Provide support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance.
- Collaborate with technology providers as required.
- Document processes and track system performance metrics.
- Validate and test technical solutions against business requirements.
- Adhere to software quality standards.
- Generate technical documentation for completed projects.
- Apply best practices to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- At least 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer.
- Experience with other CTI solutions such as Genesys or Avaya is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon Connect.
- Experience in Salesforce development projects.
- Experience with REST and SOAP services standards.
- Understanding of DevOps / Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall principles, SDLC, and coding methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
