Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing a unique customer relationship focus on innovation. We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Requirements analysis.
  2. Participate in the technical design of projects.
  3. Estimate effort for projects.
  4. Work collaboratively with the Omega team and/or clients to achieve project objectives.
  5. Provide support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance.
  6. Collaborate with technology providers as required.
  7. Document processes and track system performance metrics.
  8. Validate and test technical solutions against business requirements.
  9. Adhere to software quality standards.
  10. Generate technical documentation for completed projects.
  11. Apply best practices to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
Mandatory Skills
  1. At least 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer.
  2. Experience with other CTI solutions such as Genesys or Avaya is a plus.
  3. Experience with Amazon Connect.
  4. Experience in Salesforce development projects.
  5. Experience with REST and SOAP services standards.
  6. Understanding of DevOps / Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall principles, SDLC, and coding methodologies is a plus.
  7. Excellent spoken and written English skills.
