Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in leveraging technology for marketing and fostering unique customer relationships. We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer.
Main Responsibilities- Requirements analysis
- Participate in the technical design of projects
- Collaborate with the Omega team and/or clients to achieve project objectives
- Provide support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance
- Coordinate with technology providers as needed
- Document processes and monitor system performance metrics
- Validate and test technical solutions against business requirements
- Adhere to quality standards established by Omega's Technical Management
- Create technical documentation for completed projects
- Apply best practices to ensure timely and high-quality project execution
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer
- Experience with CTI solutions like Genesys or Avaya is a plus
- Experience with Amazon Connect
- Development experience on Salesforce projects
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP services standards
- Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and coding principles is advantageous
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
