Senior Analyst Treasury OperationsLocation: Barcelona, SpainPlace of work: HybridWe are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join the Barcelona team of the Global Center of Expertise (CoE) Group Treasury & Insurance (GT&I).GT&I is responsible for managing the financial and monetary aspects of DSM-Firmenich, ensuring adequate cash flow to meet financial obligations and identifying and mitigating financial risks.Your key responsibilitiesCASH MANAGEMENT:Ensure daily bank reconciliation SAP TRM for Geneva Entities.Perform analysis of daily Cash Position and report to FO cash needs or cash surplus.Funding in Master accounts of the Pooling structure within the InHouse Bank (SAP IHC) to cover Pobo and SCF payments.Organize Ad-Hoc payments for Firmenich Group and sub holdings in our payment platform FIDES EFT. Ensure proper funding.Prepare Global Cash Vision reporting to cash management.Prepare Cash reporting and analysis for Firmenich SA (FIRSA Stat Cash).Perform yearly reconciliation of bank accounts globally (52 Affiliates) and ensure proper setup in SAP when new bank accounts are opened.RISK MANAGEMENT:Bank limits reporting for external counterparties.Assessment and validation of the Monthly Foreign Exposure for 45 SAP Entities in SAP FIORI to create proper hedging.Forex Risk Management for non-SAP entities:Contact Finance Managers, validate the exposures, deploy Hedge, and organize the confirmation/settlement.Ensure accurate settlement of FX & MM for external and internal counterparties.Confirmation matching of trades – FINASTRA.Perform monthly Forex Results analysis to FO.CORPORATE FINANCE:Dividends: Liaise with F&A on Corporate Dividends, securing the payment, organize the settlement and proper hedge (when possible).Bank Guarantees: Ensure accuracy and compilation of Bank Guarantees for Firmenich International.EG Debt reconciliation SAP TRM vs SAP BPC for all Affiliates.Corporate Bond process in SAP TRM.Cash Balance reconciliation by external counterparty.REGULATION, INTERNAL CONTROLS AND SYSTEMS ADMIN:Prepare and comply with EMIR regulation of intra group derivatives through RegisTR.Execution and accountable for Monthly and Quarterly Internal Controls reporting (ICS).SAP TRM super user for Treasury-IHB support requests within IS service request.Update of Corporate and Operating Bank Signatories for Firmenich International, Firmenich Finance and Sub holding.FINANCE COMMUNITY:SAP TRM training and support.Build Ad-hoc report and update current reports to align with new requirements.We bringA dynamic and inspirational working environment in the Barcelona office with very nice colleagues while also supporting a hybrid way of working.Opportunity to work and connect with other Treasury colleagues around the world for unique insights into the dsm-firmenich company.Opportunities for growth and advancement for those who embrace innovation and take initiative.Opportunity to build a career in Finance, gaining Treasury knowledge and capabilities.Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change.Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards.You bringA commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives as Group Treasury & Insurances highly values inclusion.A strong sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.Accountability to decision-making, ensuring alignment with our values and achieving positive outcomes.A spirit of curiosity, embracing new challenges and having a continuous improvement mindset.Leading by example, you bring inspiration and open-mindedness, encouraging exploration and new possibilities for growth.A structural and logical approach to solving problems.Our recruitment processAre you interested in this role?
