IT Financial Operations Senior Business AnalystWe are looking to hire 3 IT Financial Operations Senior Business Analysts to be part of our IT Finance & Legal team.Position SnapshotOpen positions: 3Type of Contract: Permanent 100%Stream: Finance & LegalType of work: HybridWork Language: Fluent Business EnglishThe roleIn this position, you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT & business consumers and customers. As part of the product team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advise on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats, and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test, and deploy those as global IS/IT solutions for the Group.What you’ll doSupport the Treasury Product Group to migrate FIS Quantum/Intellimatch solution and flows to SAP Treasury sitting within the SAP CFIN system.Drive the S/4 Hana core ERP implementation for the General Ledger and Asset products.Support the Central Finance Implementation with focus on the contribution of Financial Operations to initiatives owned by other products: Group Reporting consolidation, Non-Globe entities integration, Tax, and Treasury initiatives.Take ownership to define, drive, and deliver the technology roadmap together with the Product Manager, the solution architect, and the Business stakeholders for the area in scope, by analyzing, documenting, and testing program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points, or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement, and opportunities for process automation.Develop, motivate, and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.We offer youGreat benefits including competitive salary and a comprehensive social benefits package. Our state-of-the-art campus is dog friendly and equipped with a medical center, canteen, and areas to co-create network and chillRecreation activities such as yoga, Zumba, etc. and a wide range of volunteering activities.Key RequirementsSolid knowledge of basic Financial Accounting in an SAP context with focus on General Ledger and Treasury, integration with Record to Report flow, Treasury flows connected to accounting (Electronic Bank Statements, payments, etc.) and other modules (Controlling, management accounting, Tax, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Hire to Retire).Expectation is 10 years+ working in the area of Financial Accounting domain with consolidated experience working in a Corporate international complex environment.Consolidated experience in greenfield implementations and designing solutions and applications.Highly developed in the key Nestlé Leadership Framework skills: result focus, proactive cooperation, and initiative.Excellent communication skills.Bonus Points If You:Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and Central Finance.Knowledge of Quantum.Previous experience in implementing SAP treasury module.About the IT HubAt Nestlé IT, we are a diverse, global team of IT professionals in the biggest health, nutrition, and wellness company in the world.
