Swedish Customer Support Representative Barcelona, Spain Join our vibrant and supportive team in Barcelona As a Customer Support Representative , you'll be the go‑to person for helping customers resolve issues, provide excellent service, and ensure a smooth experience for all. Position Customer Support Representative Location Barcelona, Spain (On‑site) Employment Type Full‑time Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering quick and efficient resolutions Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately Escalate any complex issues to the senior team, ensuring high‑quality service Record interactions in the system and meet the agreed service level agreements (SLA) Collaborate with your team on special projects when needed Provide coverage for team members during absences and work with different teams when required Take ownership of issues, ensuring complete resolution or escalation when necessary Requirements Native/Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) + English proficiency (B2 level) 1+ year of customer service experience Automotive industry knowledge or experience with electric vehicles is a plus Strong IT skills with experience in Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience, with salary increase after the 7th month Work‑life balance : Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM schedule 23 days of paid annual leave A dynamic, creative, and friendly team environment Guidance and tools to help you reach your full potential Ready to make an impact?
