Responsible for the overall performance of the product, overseeing it from inception and ideation through design, build, launch, growth, enhancement and eventual sunset. Creates product roadmap and identifies delivery channels, direction of product and product development needs. Defines product requirements and collaborates with cross functional teams to bring products to market (D&A, technology, sales, fulfillment, product marketing, finance, legal).What you’ll doManage commercial products life cycleDrive overall Market Understanding and identify customer needs by analyzing market and industry researchLead prioritization of opportunities and assess opportunities for, and own development of, strategic partnershipsSupport development of business cases and define product roadmap used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value StreamCollect, analyze and interpret data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and f indings to drive product lifecycle management decisions including enhancements and sunsettingWhat experience you needA minimum of 3 years in designing, developing, and overseeing financial products, particularly those related to creditProficiency in client risk cycle processes and product lifecycle management, essential for creating compliant and risk-mitigated productsDemonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams across various departments, such as technology, marketing, and sales, ensuring effective interdepartmental communicationExperience in conducting market research to identify trends, understand consumer needs, and assess competitors, aiming to strategically position products in the marketKnowledge in managing technological projects, crucial for developing and enhancing digital products within the financial sectorWhat could set you apartExpertise in the commercial credit industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunitiesA proven track record of developing creative solutions to complex problems, showcasing the ability to think outside the box and drive product innovationAbility to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful product execution
