Estamos colaborando con una empresa consolidada del sector dermocosmética/life sciences, con presencia internacional y más de 50 años de trayectoria. Buscamos incorporar un/a SAP Manager para liderar y evolucionar su ecosistema SAP en un momento clave de transformación digital.Se trata de un rol estratégico, con impacto real en el negocio, en un entorno donde SAP es una palanca clave para operaciones, producción, logística y calidad.El retoSerás el/la referente interno de SAP, actuando como nexo entre negocio, IT y proveedores externos. Un rol entre lo técnico y lo funcional, con foco en mejora continua, estandarización y eficiencia operativa.No es un entorno puramente tecnológico: aquí el producto y el negocio marcan el ritmo.Qué harásLiderar el mantenimiento y evolución del sistema SAP S/4HANA.Detectar necesidades internas y proponer mejoras de procesos.Coordinar y gestionar consultoras externas cuando sea necesario.Trabajar de cerca con áreas de ventas, compras, producción, logística, calidad y finanzas.Resolver incidencias, priorizar iniciativas y asegurar la estabilidad del sistema.Documentar procesos y acompañar a usuarios no técnicos.Qué buscamosExperiencia sólida como SAP Manager / SAP Lead / SAP Consultant senior en entornos industriales.Conocimiento funcional y técnico de SAP.Módulos clave: WM, PP, SD, MM, FI, CO, QM.Experiencia en customizing.Capacidad de comunicación con usuarios de negocio.Mentalidad proactiva y orientada a mejora continua.Valorable:Conocimientos básicos de ABAP.Experiencia con normativas ISO 13485 / 22716.Qué se ofreceRol estratégico con autonomía y visibilidad.Entorno estable y proyecto a largo plazo.Modelo presencial (6 días de remoto al mes).Viernes intensivo y jornada reducida en verano.Salario competitivo.Beneficios adicionales (comedor gratuito + plaza de parking) y buen ambiente laboral.
