They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They review, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and execute quality audits, and develop disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Maintain and develop the Quality Management System according to IATF 16949 and internal standardsInitiate and conduct trainings for Quality Management System and in case of changes of internal directivesMonitor and control specific customer requirements and implement it to the internal directivesUse Quality Core tools to improve production processes, and to solve Customer or internal issues. (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, incl.
