We aim to expand our partnerships and success as a supplier of custom-developed packaging to meet customer needs across Europe.www.jyxpackaging.com - our homepageAbout the RoleWe are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and the UK.ResponsibilitiesStrengthen and enhance the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to achieve sales targets.Build strong and effective business relationships with customers.Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President.Required SkillsExtensive B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (clients include cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and in English.Proficiency in MS Office software.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.EU driving license.We OfferOption to work freelance (commission-based & remote) or as an employee (remote).Performance-related salary (base + bonus) with potential for annual raises.Company laptop, mobile phone, and all necessary work equipment.Extensive induction and training in Bensheim and/or Dongguan, China.Support from experienced sales colleagues even after the induction period. #J-18808-Ljbffr
