En Lognext llevamos más de 18 años identificando e implementando soluciones tecnológicas prácticas que nos permitan seguir avanzando y optimicen nuestras operaciones, acompañando a los equipos con talento experto de alto rendimiento y haciendo de la tecnología una fuerza transformadora en nuestro día a día.Buscamos un Machine Learning Engineer con talento para incorporarse a nuestro equipo para una multinacional líder.¿Qué buscamos?Buscamos una persona con más de 10 años de experiencia como Data/ML Engineer en entornos Microsoft Azure u otras nubes públicas.Experiencia sólida en DataOps, MLOps e infraestructura.Dominio de servicios Azure AI, OpenAI y técnicas de indexación en búsquedas.Conocimientos avanzados en Python (incluyendo programación asíncrona y principios OOP).Experiencia en diseño de APIs RESTful y manejo de formatos JSON/XML.Se valora experiencia en entornos multi-cloud y proyectos con organizaciones internacionales.Buen nivel de inglés (mínimo B2).️ ¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones y responsabilidades?Diseñar e implementar soluciones de datos en Microsoft Azure.Crear pipelines de datos integrando diversas fuentes y formatos mediante ADF, Logic Apps u otros servicios equivalentes.Implementar soluciones de ingesta de datos en tiempo real y estrategias de indexación para aplicaciones de búsqueda AI.Desarrollar soluciones con Python y servicios Azure (Functions, App Service, Cosmos DB, AI Search).Optimizar modelos GenAI mediante prompt engineering.Mantener procesos CI/CD para desarrollo y despliegue de soluciones AI.Garantizar la calidad de datos y cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad y privacidad.¿Qué ofrecemos?Salario CompetitivoRetribución flexiblePrograma de formación técnica, certificaciones e idiomasPlan de Desarrollo ProfesionalFlexibilidad horariaEventos de teambuilding y voluntariadoReferral ProgramÚnete a un equipo de NEXTERS que van más allá, un equipo donde la creatividad, el ingenio y la audacia marcan la diferencia en un mundo lleno de oportunidades.En Lognext apostamos por la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres y prueba de ello tenemos Plan de Igualdad registrado y publicado.
