Account Executive, Large Corporate Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Strength in Trust OneTrust’s mission is to enable organizations to use data and AI responsibly. Our platform simplifies data collection with consent and preferences, automates governance with integrated risk management across privacy, security, IT/tech, third‑party, and AI risk, and activates responsible data use by enforcing data policies across the entire data estate and lifecycle. The Challenge We are looking for an Account Executive, Large Corporate. Account Executives have a critical role in delivering new client acquisition in zero‑base accounts while ensuring successful relationships and revenue growth with existing customers. Your Mission The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for consistently generating, qualifying, and executing opportunities that support our customers in becoming more trusted organizations and driving revenue for OneTrust. AEs must bring industry knowledge, value‑based sales skills, insights, and best practices to customers and prospects. Responsibilities Meet or exceed quota Conduct outreach to generate pipeline consistently while closing deals Identify and engage stakeholders, leaders, and champions to drive execution of the sales strategy Collaborate cross‑functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to land and expand key accounts Utilize discovery and communication to understand customer needs and articulate valuable solutions Differentiated knowledge of competitors and their strategies Establish relationships that position OneTrust as a trusted advisor Manage and optimize a targeted geographic territory Qualifications Strong experience selling B2B Enterprise‑level software or related technologies (minimum 7‑year experience, with exceptions for exceptional candidates) Experience in value selling and running sales presentations/demos Proven track record of landing net new logos while growing and supporting existing key accounts Familiarity with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM solution Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus Consultative, hunting mentality with excellent communication skills and discipline in sales processes and CRM hygiene Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage Flexible paid time off (PTO) Equity RSUs Annual performance bonus opportunities Retirement account support 14+ weeks of paid parental leave Career development opportunities Company‑paid privacy certification exam fees EEO Statement OneTrust provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
